I have a few words of advice to those people who wrote the reviews. In order for people to take what you say seriously, you need to learn how to correctly speak and write english. I have lived at Waldan Pond for 2 years now. The office staff is very courteous and the maintenance staff always shows up if there are issues. You can tell they truly care about the people here and do everything they can to make this feel like a home and not just an apartment. As far as the hispanic population is concerned, I would invite you to look up demographics for the area and see that the population at the complex is the same as the Acworth area. I have always felt very safe and have never had problems with any neighbors. In my opinion, for the money, you cannot find a better apartment community in Acworth.
