Great for teenagers

I've been living at Waldan Chase, the sub section of Waldan Pond (Located on Dupree Rd), for about 3 months now and I'm very happy with what I've seen.
Maintenance shows up in the middle of the night if it's an emergency, (usually about 5-10 minutes after you call) and the ladies in the main office are very sweet and friendly. Very helpful with any questions I've asked.
This is my first home away from my parents (I'm 19) and the Waldan staff has been more than helpful for the price I pay to live there.
Highly recommended to any teens, there are plenty more around for social interaction.
