wow sounds like it's gone downhill

my husband and I lived in a 1 bedroom when Wingate Falls was brand new (we were the first people to live in the apartment) the leasing office staff was great and there were hardly any nasties living there, everything was clean, the clubhouse, pool and playground-we had no bugs when we lived there and I don't ever recall seeing the Acworth police on the property I can't believe how downhill it's gone! but, by the way it sounds I wouldn't live back there now tho-maybe Acworth shouldn't have allowed the extended stay motel on the corner of Baker and Baker Grove rd either (it's also full of nasties) please note that I am recommending this ONLY based on the years that I lived there NOT what it's like now

Believe me this place is nothing of what you describe here, my husband and I will be moving out of here at the end of our lease and will NEVER come back, not even to visit and will not recommend it to anyone.
