Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Moving my family into this community was a serious mistake. Since becoming residents, we have seen more drugs deals, shootings, and vandalism than you normally see during a police movie. Our vehicles have been vandalized, my children threatened, and my food cabinets emptied by bugs. The office staff is unresponsive and asks us to file a police report on everything, but does nothing to respond on their own. The maintenace staff, when not peeping in windows, spends most of their time pulling the lawn furniture out of the pool. Our neighbors, and part-time residents at Rosewood make a good living selling drugs here, but destroy everything in their paths before leaving. This place is definitely the lowest part of the ghetto...I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
