I lived there for 6 months and then moved out. The drug dealing was too much for me to handle, my apartment had black mold in it and the maintenance did nothing around there. I will never live near that place again. Front office did not care when i made complaints, just shrugged them off. The play ground is a utter nightmare and very unsafe and at night a place for some of the shady dealings take place there. Live there at own risk. The front office wont do anything to help they say they will and never do.!!!!!!!!! Just call acworth police and ask them about all the problems they have had with wingate falls. It is a dump
