I live here presently and just found out about this website. It's pretty helpful when looking for apartments. Everything, unfortunately, is true. This place was running well until a few months ago. Last year when I had a maintenance problem they would be there the same day I called. Now it takes a week or so. I take it upon myself to fix things now. The kids out here are OUT OF CONTROL! They run around screaming for attention, literally. They love to beat stuff up around here like bushes and the columns by the breezeways. They obviously don't get enough attention from their parents that are probably sitting on their butt smokin' God knows what. They have really let some horrible people move in. But the staff loves to see those big government checks come in every month.
We hear gunshots about once a week or so. And there are some thieves out there too. Don't leave your doors unlocked for any reason, Or leave things in the back of trucks.
There is dog poo everywhere. No one picks up their dogs poo. I have seen a woman with a pooper scooper. GOOD FOR HER! Thank you.
It's getting pretty bad out here. I will be looking for a house to buy very soon so I don't have to rely on anyone else for anything. You get what you pay for when it comes to apatments these days. The only one that gets things done is the blonde woman in the office. I think she should be Manager.
