I lived there for only 5 months and got out of my lease! This place was bug infested mold infested and god knows what else! The five months I lived there was the worst 5 months of my life! My freezer didnt freeze my air cond. froze 8 times a day! I had bugs everywhere and when I complained about it the office just told me it must be your neighbors!! they didnt offer to call someone to come out and spray just said its someone else...The old mamager was so rude didnt want to help anyone acted like we were bugging her! I do have to say the new manager and the maintence staff is better now that the old left. I got a brand new car and not 15 days after i got it it got a big scratch accross the hood in the parking lot. Also all the residents couldnt care less about you or anyone else for that matter. I had people leave their trash right in front of my door!!! I guess I was supposed to bring it down I dont know. I got out of there as fast as i could! the people who lived below me were so rude and always complained about everything even if it was nothing just because they wanted to. I would NOT tell anyone to move in here. Worst time of my life!

this woman is right. The old manager jessica was out for herself and only cared about the money. The place is a real dump and the black people have no lives and trash new things people get cause they have nothing better to do. I love in the 100 building and it is nasty and it wont change

Does this complex also have an issue with tons of illegals moving in as well? You know 20 -------- in one small apt? I am thinking of Moving to Acworth and so I was on here reading about all of the different complexes. Since this place seems to be really bad, what apt. complex would you recommend that isn't overtaken by illegals and thugs?

To pris72, I am sorry to report that most of the apartments in acworth are bad, they have to many -------- or to many drug dealers even the really nice ones have alot of problems that are hidden and no one cares they just want to get you in a lease i would not rent in that area at all too much danger with guns and drugs. cindy
