The management is terrible. The ladies in the office are very unprofessional. They are constantly sending letters to the residents about silly things and they never fix anything. All they do is waste paper. They are better off working a pole than running an office. There is one manager there that is so used to arguing with people that she is very confrontational and tries to provoke people to tell her off. She thinks that just because she dates an ------- that she is protected...she needs an attitude adjustment. There are U-Hauls coming through weekly either moving in or out because the turn over is so bad. They get you in and then treat you as though you are not paying rent to stay there. They are always looking for residents...that says alot. Everybody that lives there pretty much hates it and are just waiting for their leases to expire so that they can move on. They are not the best apartments to live in anyway. The community is a ghetto mess and so is the staff. Do yourself a favor...don't waste your time and money. Live where you can be happy. There is an office of hoes there that are paper and pencil happy with bad attitudes.

First off....the women in the office are very professional. The manager you are referring to has always been very helpful to me....she has gone *above and beyond* when I needed help. As far as the notes on the doors..I'm sure that is part of their job description...remember they are in management which I would guess you'll never be considered for. Have you ever thought that the U-Hauls coming in and out are actually renters on the run...trying to leave without paying their rent? How many times have you ran because you didn't pay? I am one of the *everybody* you mentioned. I do not hate it and I am not considering leaving when my lease is up. Yes there are a lot of people here that are up to no good but I believe management is trying to clean the so-called *ghetto mess* up. Are you still here...I hope not. Another tidbit of info for you....it isn't wise to threaten people as you did to that particular manager. When you threaten someone with an *attitude adjustment* that could land you in jail.

You must be the manager or employee of Wingate Fall. Or you are an suck up. I liked the other manager. She gave me very low rent. But you need to wake up. Since I have lived here I had very bad issue with front office.Only nice staff that they have is the old guy and the Mexican guy. Enjoy the luxary!!

The office people are RUDE and this a dump. Crime is so rampant. It truly is the hood in Acworth/
