I wish I had taken the time to read some of these reviews before I moved into Wingate Falls also. When you pull into the apartment complex it 'appears' to be well kept. The grounds have to be picked up almost daily because the people who live there are so careless. I put in a couple of work requests and was told that sometimes it takes a couple of days to complete them because the maintenance folks are kept busy with the grounds. I don't know which bothered me more, the cockroaches or the young folks milling around. When you don't feel safe coming back after dark, it's time to move. The first month I was there I reported the upstairs neighbors 4 times because of the noise, which I was told when I was looking at the apartments that VERY rarely happens. I also reported the bug issues 4 times, and I was only there 2 months. As you can tell I broke my lease, which costs me quite a bit of money, but could not live with the filth. My sense of security is worth a lot more that what it is costing me. If you are looking for an apartment and any of this is important to you, PLEASE keep looking. My suggestion is look across the street from the entrance and you should get a good sense of where you are at and drive on.

I READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS AND I AM VERY SURPRISED! I HAVEN'T MOVED INTO WINGATE FALL YET BUT I JUST PUT IN MY APPLICATION LAST WEEK. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE SEEMED VERY NICE. I SAW THE APARTMENT THAT I AM MOVING INTO THE DAY I CAME. IT SMELLED GREAT AND LOOKED GOOD. SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT MANAGEMENT PEOPLE YOU GUYS WERE DEALING WITH BUT...THEY WERE GREAT TO ME!
