I lived at Pinnacle West for nine months, but it seemed like forever. When I was off at training, I came back one weekend to find the door of my storage unit wide open. Maintenance was bad about coming into the apartments unannounced, and then sometimes stuff would go missing. Cars were broken into multiple times while I was there as well. I would not recommend pinnacle west to my worst enemy.
