i have lived at pinnacle west for 3 years now and could not be more pleased with the front office as well as the maintenance crew , the buildings are a little dated but as far as apartment living in Albany GA , this is one of the best to live at ,, whatever negative reviews you read are usually from military personnel whom are upset with the base and take it out on others , or usually someone who was evicted due to non-payment of rent or utilities .
