The apartments are rundown. I am scared the stairwell is going to collapse everytime I walk on them. The sidewalks are flooded when it rains. They do not spray the apartments monthly. Unannounced visits from the maintenance men. Water damage on the ceiling. Only one trash dumpster for the entire complex. The pools are not drained, just bleached to death.
