I lived at Pinnacle West for three years , just moved out of state . The office staff is very nice and the manager does everything she can do to help you . I had a couple of problems , but they were handled very promptly . For the Albany area , i highly advise you to look at this property first , it has a great location , the grounds are nicely done , and the parking area and parking lots are well lighted with lots of police living in the complex . Let me just say that i do not work here , nor do i personally know anybody who works there , i am just a former tenant who liked living at Pinnacle West . The Manager of the complex does everything in her power to make every individual feel like home and does what she can for you if you just ask her . The maintenance staff fix any problem that you might have that day , and it is always done with the upmost care to your individual apartment . If you dont believe me , just stop by the property and take a tour of the apartments and i guarantee that you will like to live there . Pinnacle West is located in the North Albany area , which is one of the most quiet , safest , and best places to live . It is also located just minutes from the mall area and US 19 , if you happen to have family visit from out of town , its not hard to find . I enjoyed calling Pinnacle West home and i know you will also .........
