People fighting below me nightly, then a few hours later, doors slamming and making up from the fight. Start all over again the next night. Loud music from the parking lot of building 4 is a major problem, as is all the trash they leave behind when they are working on their cars. The sports cars that drive through the complex make me glad that I don't have children there, as I would worry about their safety. TV and Stereo volume a major problem in some buildings as well.
