I have to say that I read the reviews on this apartment complex before I moved in and was a little leary...however, when I arrived I was greeted by the leasisng agent and the property manager herself and was treated with much kindness. The property manager went out of her way before and after I rented to make me feel at home. She always speaks to me every time I see her on the property and comes to her door to greet me when she hears me in the main office. I have seen the leasing agent and manager also picking up garbage off the grounds and cleaning up the trash compactor. I feel like they have been targeted maybe by an angry resident that wishes to bring them harm. The property manager, Ms. Daughtry does run a tight ship and that is what is needed to keep an apartment complex of this size a nice place to live. I would never live anywhere elso in albany.
