It's unusual to have 2 women managers & 1 male owner for all 3 to have PMS all the time. I am a new tenant with approx 30 day association with Princeton Place & I already regret having ever met the 2 female managers & 1 male owner, Pace Burt. All 3 have lied to me when there was no reason to lie. I have always heard of some people that would rather climb a tall pine tree & lie than stand on the ground & tell the truth. Jeanette, Della, & Pace are the lyingist people you will ever meet. They are not customer friendly. They are for self only & I'm counting the days my lease expires. Get any promises or deals from these 3 people should be in writing or taped conversations as the do not honor their word. They "forget" & change their promises so easily. Honestly, if you have the means, buy a house instead of renting from Princton Place. The threaten a lawsuit at the drop of a hat. They remind you repeatedly of this. These 2 women undoubtibly has never been taught, the contract between the leasor & leasee is just as binding for the leasor as it is for the leasee. Each party have rules & commitments which have to be met. These 2 women assume they are the only ones sitting in the power positiions in this transaction. Some one will teach them a lesson. Avoid any rentals through Pace Burt's company.

The funny thing about review sites is that only people with complaints ever leave anything. So you usually see all this bad stuff. Well I'm gonna tell you the good stuff. I have lived at Princeton Place for over 5 years now. First in a 1 bedroom then moved to a 2 bedroom. The problems were very minimal and usually fixed right away, that same day. I noticed the terrible reviews about management, and me personally, I have been very pleased my entire 5 years here. I actually know the owner, Pace Burt, personally. He is one of the most generous, down to earth, and honest guys I ever met. It angers me someone would leave such a rude and exaggerated statement about the best apartment complex in albany ga. I guess its like the saying goes. YOU CAN NEVER PLEASE EVERYONE!

sounds like a disgruntled tenant, to me..but I was looking for a site that could help ME, since I'm sub-leasor, sub-leasing to someone who is also renting on a month to month basis...HELP!!! I got in OVER MY HEAD!!!

Not a disgrunted tenant. Try to buy a house while living in these apts. and they will give you a bad payment history. They will contact the lender saying you never pay rent on time are several months behind on rent etc. Bad management that trys to keep you in these apts so they don't have to do any work to replace the tenant.
