I think the name should be "pristine apartments" as the apartment complex is just that..For some of the tenants obviously are not used to apartment living. This impressive complex houses more than 300 tenants of which are 2 and 3 stories. So lets start by the obvious. Respect each other and their living differences. Keep the area clean and pick up after yourself. Keep the noise to a minimum. If you are a guest, please do not disrupt our community and leave it better then when you came. If you are a tenant and are asked to comply to rules your not used to, "GET OVER IT". This is not the local fraternity house or un-educated government living quarters. Also, if you have a legitimate complaint, the manager and leasing have always been there to ensure your complaints are rectified timely. I have lived in this community since January 2007 and overall have enjoyed them and would recommend to anyone looking for apartments in Albany, Georgia. Please keep up the good work.
