The front desk lady is pretty nice but the walls are thin as they can get. We can hear the lady downstairs snoring all night long. We can hear what channel the other neighbor is watching. The Apartment is old as you know what. The appliances are even older. Refrigerator didn't even have an ice maker.Big Master bedroom...Thats it. OH... my favorite part.. The air conditioning works when it wants to. The buildings are over 30 years old so the air ducts are in the top of the attic which shoots out hot air with no pressure. The toilets don't have good water pressure either. Overall, if you aren't likely to enjoy living in a border line below average apartment, Move on. If so, here is a few good things....
Great location..right across from Lake Loretta. short walking trail thats about .7 miles around. yea.. that's about it.
