NOT WORTH THE MONEY! The apartments are rundown. I am scared the stairwell is going to collapse everytime I walk on them. The sidewalks are flooded when it rains. They do not spray the apartments monthly. Unannounced visits from the maintenance men. Water damage on the ceiling. Only one trash

Princeton Place is a nice place to live. The property manager and leasing agent have been very helpful. Clean apartments, nice pools and gated!! Shopping and eateries are located within minutes of my home. Lots of nice neighbors too !!!
