nice apartments, TERRIBLE office!

My first month, they credited my rent check to someone else, then sent me a notice that my rent was late. I had to take the time to get records from my bank proving that archstone had ALREADY CASHED my rent check!
In late april, I learned that an out of town friends dropped off wrapped christmas presents for us at the front office. Of course, the front office never told me. and now where are the presents' who knows'
A flower delivery due to a funeral never got to us. I had to spend a couple hours tracking that down, and had the sendee never told me, I'd have never known!
If you can choose another place, I'd highly recommend it.
The staff in the office is friendly, but they make dumb and dumber look like rocket scientists.
That said, people who live there are friendly and I always felt safe.
