The summary says it all...reduced rent to attract residents has created problems in degenerating values. This is no longer a "nice" place to live. The noise issue is ignored. The service is not good. The lack of maturity is further injuring the property.
Not recommended if you want peace and quiet; if you don't want to be cheated in paying higher rent while new residents pay alot less. The space (the way it is arranged) is not worth the high prices. THe SQ footage is not a major difference than other newer complexes, just not configured well. HVAC and appliances are so noisy, you can't here yourself and can be awaken at night. Apts not well insulated and heating units inadequate for below freezing temps.
