If you're looking for an office staff that dresses professionally and has a friendly demeanor, don't look here. Archstone management gets rid of the "nice" people and hires people that are there to make the outside look great, but neglect the inside where you live. Also, if you are a person that "fights" to maintain a good environment to live in, you will be retaliated against and pushed out. New people don't have educated people skills: they are there to enforce little rules that don't matter, allow the significant rules to be ignored, and restrict the comfort of living in this place. Buy a house: you will be happier.
