Rent issues

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The repairs have been quick and done correctly. My issue is more with Archstone, than the location. They have LOWERED the rent to new tenets coming into the property while, we their loyal tenents who have lived here for 3 years pay more then our neighbors. My only recource is to move, which as we all know is a pain!
