This manager that has taken over since July of last year is the rudest, most nasty woman I have ever had to deal wiht. She thinks that ruling everything with an iron fist is the right way, being pleasant, and considerate is the wrong way. I have seen her run staff out of the office that was great to deal with, and happy to help you, and bring in others that are not. How she has kept any of the residents here is amazing, and I know that alot have moved out. Archstone needs to rethink the decision of putting this person here. At the end of my lease I plan to move and it will not be to another Archstone Community as long as she may have a chance to run it!!!
