Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have been a resident at Alara North Point for about 2 years, and it is really great. The old management was good, but since Alara came in and took over it really is better. The office staff is really pleasant, and very helpful. These girls are not rude in anyway, and do follow up. I have always been greeted with a smile, and never made to feel like a pest. Maintenance is pretty good too. I have not had any real trouble getting things taken care of in my apartment. I also had alot of ants in my apartment but it was due to the drought. It was on the news about everyone being over ran with ants at other complexes, and even homes. People spend too much time complaining because they want a perfect world, well guess what......THIS IS NOT A PERFECT WORLD AND YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT. BUY A HOUSE AND SEE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO! I would really reccomend the complex to anyone looking, and it is in a great location, and the complex is really pretty.
