We have been here since spring of 2007, and we like it here, the people are nice the area is nice and we are by everything! The complex is kept very clean, me and my daughter get out and walk sometimes and I feel safe I do not have to worry, we sleep good here knowing nothing will happen and we are just happy! There were some problems with ants last summer caused by the drought here in Georgia ,but it was taken care of by the office and they did a good job of responding to our requests and we bacame ant free and still are! The office staff is always willing to help and they are nice and, we are going to renew our lease this year and me, my husband and daughter are going to continue enjoying living here , I do have to say out of the apartment complexes we have lived in this is the best one and we really like all the space we have in our apartment too!
The only thing that I do not like is the fact that kids play around the cars and they sparyed something all over our car and they do get loud playing after school or on the weekends,but hey that is another fact of apartment living and anyways kids have to have somewhere to play we were all kids in our lifetime and plus there is a play ground behind our building so that is why we hear them and that is fine, that does not change my mind about living here we like it and are glad to renew our lease!
We live in a buidling with alot of kids so it is nice to know there is alot of families around too I would rather live in a building with families then live in a building that does not like kids!

You are indeed fortunate to have found an apartment in a good location in the complex. Not all residents have a good situation. However, if it wasn't for the diligence of the Alpharetta police in years past to remove the criminal aspects before you moved in, and former residents fighting to keep the location a good place to live while other communities were suffering from high crime, you would be singing another tune. And, the Alara owners did give it their best to improve the property as it was beginning to decline a couple of years ago.

I read your reply and I understand not only from you but from other people that there used to be crime ,but they must have cleaned up well around here before we moved in, the only thing I remember since we moved in is there was a letter sent out stating that a few cars had been broken into and stuff was stolen but that was because people were stupid enough to leave valuebles in their cars. We are very safe here and I am so glad to be living here, and yes there is dog poop in alot of places but I have learned we cannot do anything about that and as long as me and my family are happy here that is what counts!
