The property manager Melissa Scott is the most unprofessional person I have ever meet. I am in management as well. I have called here and e-mailed her several times and she has yet to return my call. When I call the office they say she is in a meeting or out of town. I was in the parking lot once and she ran out of her office to tell the staff to tell me she wasn't there. What a joke. The apartments aren't bad but RAM management is in need of help

I haven't noticed the behavior. She has always returned my calls/emails promptly or as soon as she gets out of her meeting or finished with clients, etc. I wonder WHY she would evade you. Doesn't sound like her. Something else is going on that isn't being told.
