I moved into this apartment thinking it would be a 'luxury apartment home'. Boy, was I wrong. I have never lived around such inconsiderate neighbors. The people who lived above me when I moved in were evicted because they ignored repeated warnings to keep the noise down. The next family that moved in above me was even louder. A family with two young boys (who rollerblade across my ceiling on a regular basis) and a pomeranian. I am surrounded by noise on all three sides with loud neighbors. A leak in my dining room ceiling has dropped wet pieces of the ceiling on the carpet as well as my furniture. The ceiling was repaired, but not the leak. The quality of people living here has gone way down in the 10 months I have rented at Amli. There are 2 people on staff in the rental office that have been very pleasant and helpful (Stacey & Arvin), but there is a new property manager every month or so. I would not recommend this place to anyone but an enemy that I wanted to irritate on a daily basis.
