The previous management was good. After the change in management to ALara, there is an assitant manager, a young white lady who is very rude and inflexible. She takes it out on you if she doesn't like you. Since we have to deal with her for most of the problems, it is very difficult. Property is good. Extremely poor customer service. The Manager seems to know about it. Even though she is courteous, when the asst manager is rude to people, she ignores it.
