New to the community

I am fairly new to the community, but seem to be having a good experience. The staff seems sincere, and the deals are very good right now. My only complaint would be that there is not much room to walk your dogs and it is not 100% gated. Only has the entry gate. But other than that, I would rate it pretty well!
