I have lived in Post Apartments for seven out of the last nine years and the past 3 1/2 in one of Post's best, so my standards are pretty high. I have lived in my new apartment for one month so I will give my impressions.

I have not had any problems with noise. Other than the occational noise you will get anywhere you live, I have not heard my neighbors. No toilets flushing, talking, phones ringing, or music/tv playing.

The quality of the construction is as good if not a little better than what is being built today. I have been the first resident in two apartments and the quality exceeds those them.

The staff has been very helpful. When a situation occurred with the original apartment I reserved, they went out their way to help me. Also monthly events are planned for the residents.

I guess you can find a quality apartment that is not owned by Post.
