I definitely recommend this apartment complex! Attractive and well kept, and apartments are in almost-new condition. Very safe community. Walking distance to the Big Creek Greenway -- a definite plus. Primarily a community of young professionals. The only reason I am not renewing my lease is due to commute length.

The only complaint I have is the inability of the maintenance staff to fix the air conditioning/heating issues in my apt. Air conditioning broke 5x in the summer of '04 before it was finally fixed. Had one heating related issue. Felt that professional repair person should have been called after the third time I called, and did not feel management handled this issue well.
