Moved in 2003 and within 3 months, had 3 water leaks. In 2004, I put in notice to move and less than 5 days later, decided to . When I called the office, I was told they had already rented my apartment; that my style was very popular. Asked what I could do and was told that I needed to sign a 13-month lease. Now (2006) my rent increase is doubling what it has in the past and I'm told that everyone's rent is being brought up to market rent. Since moving and in addition to the 3 leaks in 2003, I have had 2 mold issues and a 4th water leak. I had to contact the office with regards to the 4th leak 3 times after I originally reported it. Now to get to the noise issues - forget it!! I've had them since day one moving in and nothing seems to be done about it. I have tried to discuss with the neighbors to only have the door shut in my face and the office has not done a thing. The last conversation I had with the office manager was over a month ago and the last thing I was told was, "let me talk to them and I'll get back to you". AMLI - I'm still waiting for the call back. The good side to the complex is that it is very convenient to GA 400, shopping, etc. Complex is beautiful and I feel extremely safe.
