If you are thinking about moving in here because it looks cute from the street, RUN WAY! This place sucks. It is run down and poorly maintained and the staff does not care about anything except getting commissions for renting apartments. You will find the noise excessive, parking generally unavailable, and the neighbors to be felons and sex offenders out on parole. This is the worst apartment experience I have had in over 30 years.

Wow, I think this person must have posted under the wrong apartment complex! This place is stylish, well-maintained, and my neighbors are great. I just re-signed for another year.

Wow is right...where did this person live? Not here as I find the apartments to be stylish and well maintained. It's certainly not perfect....but I find this negative post offensive, and full of lies. This post must be from a "sex offender or criminal" who was kicked out. High end nice neighbors, safe and elegant.

Although I do not live at AMLI at Milton Park, I seriously considered moving there, as I watched it being constructed. My new job led me to another area, but I remember being given a criminal background form to fill out, and I also read in the paperwork that a criminal past history would be grounds for denying acceptance into this community. Has this policy changed?
