I was pretty happy living here until I was informed that renewal of my lease (for the standard 12-month term) would raise my rent from $759 to $888 per month --- that's $129 more per month!

I even called the management office to be sure it wasn't a typo, and was told that's the market rate and that's what they can get for the apartment... oh and "it's a very popular floor plan." Well, I wish them luck getting nearly $900 for that tiny one-bedroom, because I'm certainly not going to pay it.

My lease will expire in 5 months I was planning on renewing...however, if they try this with me...I am outta here too. I have found the leasing office staff attention to detail and resident issues not up to the standard it was when I moved in. We pay alot to live here...we expect alot too...Get with it Amli Management!!!!

i broke the lease before 24 hours,and they wanted me to pay for the penalty 25000, i just wanted to say i'm not paying anything not even $1

They raised my rent every time my lease came up for renewal.
