I just got my statement of final charges. They are trying to charge me $80 for "guaranteed odor control for pet urine".
I don't even own a pet!
I asked 4 times for them to insulate the french doors in my bedroom, which led out to the parking lot. Many nights I could not sleep in my bedroom during my first winter at AMLI since it was at least 20 degrees colder in my bedroom.
I would be interested in knowing about anybody else who was assessed this "pet urine" charge, especially if they didn't own a pet.
