The complex from the street is beautiful! However, in the year that I've lived here I've experienced the following:
LEAKS, in the french doors, everytime it rains
BUGS, especially ants, all over from any wall or room
SECURITY ISSUES, including someone trying to break into the door of my 2nd floor apartment (the community has no gates)
PARKING, the parking lot has become a dark and scary place in the past year
GROUNDS, no one cleans up after their dog, you cannot walk on the grass without ruining your shoes
MAINTENANCE, they expect a tip whenever they show up and that's not often.

For $1200/month for a 2-bedroom, LOOK ELSEWHERE...this complex is becoming more and more unsafe.
