Good, Expensive, Pain....

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Apartment is good, community is good, clean, but VERY EXPENSIVE. Management is a pain, with restrictions for placing chairs in the deck, plants in the deck, etc. Just a pain. Yearly increase of the rent is very high in percentage compared to other apartments in the same area.Response for service calls were good.
