We lived in this apartment for 2 years and the service was not too bad (not so good either) but the day we gave our lease termination notice, things changed drastically. They treated us badly and the worst part is that in spite of keeping the apartment clean and cleaning it thoroughly before leaving, they charged us 1500 $ for maintenance. The worst part is that they even charged us for the carpet change and we were not given a new carpet when we moved in either.

We are from India and the manager made some very discriminating comments about our food habits. They even charged us for cooking in our own apartment :(

Never knew they would stoop to such levels to get money from you.

I just moved out of there after living in the apartments for 3 years and I wasnt charged for anything. The staff was always helpful and I would still be living there if I hadnt bought a house. I'm sure there were reasons they charged you for carpet and cleaning. I made my apartment spotless when I moved out....hence the bill for $0.00. I would recommend the property to anyone. I loved living there.

I would not recommend Amli at Milton at all, to anyone. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbor's having sex, banging. Too, too much noise. etc. Watch where you walk because there is dog poo everywhere.

is there a better place to rent at all in Alpharetta? We are moving from Minnesota to Alpharetta on a job transfer, and would appreciate if anyone suggests a nice/safe apartment to rent?
