Stay Away!!!!

This place is an overpriced dump.
I have lived here for just a few months and could not be unhappier.
The glowing reviews of this complex must have been written by the leasing agents who live onsite. During the few months I've been here I've put up with 1) drunken, noisy neighbors; 2) blaring music at 3 am; 3) an evel kneivel-wanna-be who waits until the leasing office closes every day before zipping through the parking lot on a crotch-rocket at about 300 decibels and 60 mph.
Other helpful tidbits include: A) Unless you love the smell of dog crap on your shoes, don't even think about walking in any of the unpaved areas as none of the pet owners pick up their dog crap and there are some gigantic dogs here who are waaaay over the "25-pound pet limit"; forget about asking management to do anything about it. B) The non-English-speaking cleaning and maintenance crew will enter your apartment with no warning whatsoever(!!!!). C) If you make any sort of complaint or request of the hapless leasing agents, hell will freeze over before you get a response other than "Gee, we don't know anything about that." D) Construction is shoddy so expect a $100 monthly electric bill if you ever run the heat or A/C, AND get ready to hold onto your hat if you stand near a window during a breeze. E) The rents here are outrageously overpriced.
Oh that I had viewed this site before signing up.
I could not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
P.S. Management sent an email to the residents yesterday offering a chance to win a $25 Visa gift card if a resident posts a positive review here and then notifies the leasing office.
Losers.
