the location of this apt is fantastic .... close to 400, northpoint mall, restaurants and businesses ..... but i wont renew my lease after its up in a few weeks. management doesnt seem to be much good once you move and they havent been very nice to me since i gave my notice. wont answer my calls and cant get anybody to fix my dryer vent. my french doors have leaked both wind and rain since day 1 but mgmt cant seem to get it fixed.
also, lotsa dog crap in the grass and people just park right in front of the mailbox and the recycling so you cant get to them.
the rent is pricy. im moving to another place close by and cutting my rent by $250/mo.
having the lake close by is nice and the greenway is in walking distance but i wouldnt reccommend because of the price.

is there a better place to rent at all in Alpharetta? We are moving from Minnesota to Alpharetta on a job transfer, and would appreciate if anyone suggests a nice/safe apartment to rent?
