All of the problems listed are accurate and here are some issues:
1. SEWAGE DRAINAGE in the apartment - The apartment refused to provide temporary housing or reimburse me for the hotel expense. The manager asked if I could stay with family or friends. Well, just relocated here and no family or friends in the area. Plus, the rent was paid to AMLI at MILTON PARK. (Go Figure)
2. The apartment was not cleaned--sure they had amateur go through the motion. The carpet is two-toned one cleaned and the other looks like the septic tank. All rooms with the exception of one bedroom had human waste and without professional cleaning and disposing of the flooring management asked me why I could not just sleep in the room. I invite you all to come over and smell this unit.
3. Noise-level has always is a problem, as well as, a strong present of termites.
4. The electric bill is extremly high. The bill was nearly $200 for JAN and that is for one person.
5. The leasing staff acknowledge sewage problem in the building next door but they were not aware of any issues in that unit. In addition, they would not seek to reimburse me since I did not have rental insurance. I did not ask them to replace some of the items that is covered in waste. I was under the impression that this is an exchange society --I paid rent for a clean and safe living environment.
If you rent from this place, I will suggest do it with caution since you may be getting an apartment that is full of human waste under the carpet and flooring.

is there a better place to rent at all in Alpharetta? We are moving from Minnesota to Alpharetta on a job transfer, and would appreciate if anyone suggests a nice/safe apartment to rent?
