The apartments are overpriced and not maintained at all. The leasing office does not answer the phone nor does a voice message pick up. Utilities are high. Do not like living here.

is there a better place to rent at all in Alpharetta? We are moving from Minnesota to Alpharetta on a job transfer, and would appreciate if anyone suggests a nice/safe apartment to rent?
