I moved here from out of state 3 years ago, and to this day, I'm still glad that I chose AMLI at Milton Park. Before renewing my lease last year, I shopped around to see what else was out there and could not find anything that I liked better. The grounds are fabulous with the serene lake, walking trail, and plenty of sidewalks. I don't understand the bad reviews by all of the disgruntled people. I talk to many of my neighbors almost daily, and they are all satisfied with living here. I'm not sure who is writing these reviews'

Oh, and I have a 2-bedroom and my highest electric bill has been $107. I usually pay around $70 to $80 per month. Also, management not only always knows me when I walk in, but they usually remember my apartment number as well. They have always been helpful and courteous.

Before moving to this place, my recommendation is to call and ask the utility company for an average. Disgruntled people are normally those who are paying customers and not employees of AMLI.

Are you implying that I'm an employee of AMLI? I'm not. I'm a "paying customer" who has lived here for 3 years and I have not had any problems. I would have to say that my only true complaint is that the windows sweat during the winter months so I have to wipe the moisture off of the window seals each morning during this time period. This is a very nice place to live and I plan to stay here until I purchase a home.
