I have really enjoyed living at AMLI @ Milton Park. The bad reviews I have read make me nervous, but my personal experience has been very different. The management staff have been nothing but professional and helpful. Maintenance has responded very promptly to my reports. I have had problems with my french doors blowing open in wind/rain storms, which is definately a pain when I am away and come home to open doors and wet carpet. If I were on the first floor, coming home to open doors would really scare me, but I am not, so for me, it wasn't an issue. My dishwasher is not secure in the space, but works well & doesn't really bother me. The tile floor is really nice, as is the large bathtub. My closet is quite spacious, as are the rooms. My utilities have been very reasonable. The dog crap is a bit annoying, but that is the residents' responsibilities as dog owners. The location is excellent. After looking around, and even at cheaper apartments in the area, I still chose to renew my lease. I have had some problems with noise, but very little, and seriously...in an apartment, you have to expect that. It is much less than any other apartment I have been in. I have to use the laundry facility, which feels safe to me, but as with most laundry facilities, will not fully dry large loads, and has no sitting area. It is clean, however. I have not used the pool, but the area is lovely. I would recommend recommend living here.
