We had 1.5 good years at AMLI, with some screaming neighbor problems and a motorcyclist who loved to fly around the parking lot at 40 mph. Also, the walls and ceilings/floors are VERY THIN and you can hear EVERYTHING (so your neihbors can hear YOUR everything, too!). When it was time to move we needed to break our lease so we worked it out with management to give 60 days paid notice plus and EXTRA FULL MONTH'S RENT. When we moved out, they charged us for carpeting even though there were spots on the carpet already when we moved in. This is supposed to be an upscale apartment complex, but they will nickel and dime you for anything they possibly can. STAY AWAY!! Go to a Post Property instead...my sister NEVER had ANY problems with them and was never charged for carpeting in either of the 2 units she had rented. We are currently suing this company in small claims magistrate court.
