We lived there for almost an year, neighbors were constantly annoying - playing loud music and having party at every possible occasion. Walls are very thin and you could actually hear what people talk in the other apartment.

Its the cleaning charge charge at the end that cost us dear. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, since you pay money, but don't get the benefits. There are other good apartments out there, that cost less and treated the same.
