This community was a wonderful place to live until the beginning of November when the management of this community felt it was a good idea to lease apartments to freshman attending Devry. With these students, who could otherwise not afford to live in this community based upon its salary requirement of other residents (perhaps...not fair housing when groups of devry students are allowed in and others are not...i smell a law suit). These students brought with them an element of illegal substance usage (TONS-they are everywhere from the parking lots, hallways, etc. doing anything they please) as well as frequent break-ins on apartments. The management has also taken on an extremely negative attitude and maintence requests are never placed. Until this neighborhood changes and if you do not want your apartment or car broken into or do not prefer to live in a freshman dorm...NO NOT LIVE HERE...ITS SOOOO NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!

They leased to Devry knowing full well that these were first year students who otherwise could not make the salary requirement b/c they are not gainfully employed. These students are all over the complex.

Looks like the company's policy of raping their residents (either through raising rents or charging outrageous cleaning and carpets costs) is not paying off for them. I'm sorry for anyone who still lives there but I'm glad that their greed seems to be biting them in the ass. Give it a couple more years and it will be even worse. I feel especially sorry for the homeowners up the street who will soon have a mid to low income rental property right next door lowering their property values.

I would love to know how much the Devry students are paying for these apartments. It is not fair to the rest of us who are paying market rates and can afford to do so. I chose this community because it was a very nice, upscale place to live, but you are right, it is turning into a freshmen dormitory. I've been woken up several nights by my dog barking defensively and when I look out the window to see what has her bothered, I find a group of Devry students gathered in the parking lot or grassy area carrying on. I wonder if the residents of the neighboring sub-division have experienced any problems with theft over the past few months? There are a number of empty units and as I look out of my window, I can see two more people moving out today.
