I lived at Milton Park for 18 months prior to being transfered to Houston . The staff was extremeley cordial and customer service was a common theme with the employees. They were always willing to go the extra mile. The maintainance staff were very dependable and did a great job of taking care of my service needs which were few and far between. Manuel who heads the service department was particularly friendly and responsive. This location was by far the best experience I have ever had in an apartment setting and I have chosen another AMLI in Houston to live in as a direct result of my time at Milton Park. The location is about a quarter of a mile from Northpoint Mall which is full of highend department stores and top notch restaurants. I am an avid runner and biker and this location is right next door to the Greenway which is a local trek for exercise enthusiasts. The fitness center on site far surpassed the communities I visited prior to Milton and was a big factor in choosing this location. Tons of fun !!

How much did they charge you when you moved out?

I wasn't charged anything because I left the apartment very clean and undamaged.

Funny how after months and months of bad reviews suddenly there are 4 or 5 really good ones that sound as if they were written by the staff.
