I moved into Amli at Northwinds in Dec 2000, I really had no complaints until 2003 when I was getting new, loud neighbors. I complained with the leasing office and they completely ignored me.

I renewed my lease for another year, and then a 6 month lease because I was in danger of losing my job becasue of the poor economy. After the 6 month lease I requested another 6 month lease. They typed up a new lease instead they added a year to the end and thus deceiving me into signing an 18 month lease instead of a 6 month lease. When I brought this matter to their attention they completely ignored me. The fact that they ignored me tells me that they don't want to take responsibility.

I could not tolerate the loud neighbors anymore or the lack of sleep. I was being awakened by my neighbor's stereo blasting from 2 -4 am, and a guy in a red pick up truck blasting his stereo or fighting with his girlfriend in the parking lot in the early morning hours. They had the nerve to charge me $500.00 for breaking the lease when I was greatly inconvenienced. I even transferred to another AMLI property (Milton Park).

I brought this matter to Amli's Corporate office and they did not even respond. Amli will deceive and ignore you for $$$.

they did the same thing when i signed my lease! the sneaked on extra months. beware when signing a least with them.

Amli's are all nehind your $$$ ... be careful while signing the lease and also with the late fee becoz they really know how to grab your $$$ ... apart from $$$ issues no complaints on the place itself ...
